    Went with 2 friends for a xmas market stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel for location and amenities! The staff also 5 star ⭐️ will definitely be back thankyou for making our stay perfect 👌🏼

    the location is good, very central in the Old Town and walkable. like other reviews have mentioned, the Presecco welcome drink provides a very nice touch, and it’s a good one too. my family liked the vibe of the hotel. service is efficient, one of the faster places in europe. staff aren’t the friendliest (with the exceptions of the guy who served us our Prosecco and gave very good recommendations for Italian dinner upon arrival, and also the guy who did checkout for us) but i do not need friendly when location and a decent place to stay are top of my list.
