Nice enough but the elevator is only after many complicated stairs and doors. You gotta lift luggage a lot. Wheelchair and stroller forget it. Lolly bar at reception was fun. Only book if you are abled bodied with no kids. No amenities except hand soap, bring everything you need for shower too. No air conditioning. Quite thin mattress and weird pillow. For one night was ok but I would book the nearby artotel next trip. Actual accessible entrance and elevators. My back needs so much ongoing physio after hauling luggage and baby and stroller alone up all those stairs.

This is a serviced apartment in a convenient location in Mitte near several U Bahan and S Bahn lines. This is a great old building and the apartment was spacious. The apartments surround interior courtyards that are great for relaxing in. The apartment could have been cleaner.

I've traveled around the world and I'm used to having hotels and apartments not matching the description or the pictures. But this place is way exaggerated!
One of the things that they insisted on, was no smoking! Which I liked, but the whole building and rooms smell like an ashtray!
No sounds after 21:00 or you'll be fined by 500 (?) euros !
One small entrance on the back of the building, while the pictures and the ads show the beautiful inner courtyard that we were not allowed to visit nor take pictures of.
For the same price we could've booked the hotel nearby with much better service and friendlier staff.
I would say, save at leat 40% by choosing a hostel nearby and get almost the same quality!
Don't miss out! Price and availability may change
