    The Bluemont is an excellent location for access to all things Aggieville. Short drive to the stadium and downtown Manhattan.

    I am extremely disappointed with Agoda’s customer service and lack of cooperation. I accidentally made a hotel booking while I was on a flight and realized the mistake shortly after. I reported the issue within a few hours, expecting a reasonable level of support. I was informed that the matter would be reviewed and resolved within 48 hours, but unfortunately, no meaningful action was taken. Despite being a long-time and frequent customer, Agoda did not show any flexibility or understanding in handling this situation. The lack of response and resolution is very frustrating and does not reflect well on a company that claims to value its customers. Based on this experience, I will reconsider using Agoda for future bookings and cannot recommend their service to others. I hope they improve their customer support and take customer concerns more seriously.

    No hangers in the closet. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Sink didn’t drain. No soap for the shower. No regular television stations. Was told over the phone they had parking lot for customers, then charged $17/night when we arrived. Desk clerk deleted our room keys from the system and had to re-make them mid- stay.
