    I was locked out of my room for nearly an hour before the maintenance team could get a physical key to open it. Other than that it was great

    No insulation in rooms, aircon terribly loud. Doors open onto parking lot and kept awake all night with loud guests returning until 3.00am. Could hear guests next door talking until 2. Basic accomodation, very dark rooms. Location was good. Sleep quality very poor

    We stayed during the month of January- we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the overall experience was magical. The views are exquisite, the facilities are beautifully decorated and the staff was kind, attentive, friendly and ann overall a joy to be around. We cannot wait to come back ❤️
