    This hotel was good no doubt but there is one problem of wifi, our wifi was not working properly, even the tv is not working,very poor network, but the view is good and also food was too expensive

    It was memorable stay, location was very good, owner couple and staff were very helpful. Whole property was very neat and clean, food quality was very good. Also staffs were very helpful. I recommend stay at Blue Poppy, Joshimath.

    I was staying here for 3 nights. We took 2 family rooms. No complaints with the property at all. But the need to make their facilities better. Heater is not there in the room with 8 degrees outside in the night. Food options available are very limited but overall with the stays available between Auli and here. Its a good choice for 2 nights.

    The hotel is in a great location, all rooms have beautiful mountain views, and the manager and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the food is overpriced. My experience with Mr. Rana at the reception was extremely disappointing. After a 17-hour journey, we arrived at 10 PM with my 75-year-old mother and had already informed the hotel about our late check-in. Despite this, Mr. Rana was rude, aggressive, and spoke to us in a completely unacceptable manner. His behavior made us feel as though we were about to be denied accommodation late at night. What was most shocking was that he continued shouting and misbehaving until I informed him that I would have no option but to seek intervention from the Uttarakhand Police. Only then did his attitude change. Such conduct is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects very poorly on the hotel. The stay would have been excellent if not for this deeply unpleasant experience at reception.
