    Hotel on the the beach close to shopping street and bars. Limited numbers of free sunbeds round the pool. More beds on the beach but they cost 4€/bed/day !!! Upon check in you have to pay an extra tourist tax of 10€ per day per room, even though your booking says that all taxes are included. For a 2 week stay, it's an extra 140€!

    I’m very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The staff elsewhere in the hotel have been kind and helpful, but the treatment we received at reception has been rude and dismissive. We arrived early and asked whether another room might be available. The receptionist told us there were vacant rooms but refused our request. We also received a room that did not match what we had booked. When we asked for information about the meals we had already paid for, we were told that check-in had not started yet, so the receptionist would not give us any information. It felt as though every request was refused, while additional charges kept coming up, including a charge to use the room safe. The way reception handled these interactions seriously damaged our stay. Despite the kindness of the other staff, I would not recommend this hotel.
