The facilities were great and everything exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were decent, but could use a little improvement. The bartender at the lobby bar was excellent, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the resort and surrounding area.

We upgraded the room at reservation time to a separated bedroom and living area. But when we got there the first thing they stated was that the requested room was nice, but the view was of a cement wall. BUT, we could get a discounted further upgraded room for only $** more per night.. They should have mentioned the non-view in the reservation.
