    Location is good but room provided was very unhygienic, bedsheet was dirty and when we ask for replacement it had hole in it. Washroom seat water was leaking to floor and smelly. For 5k for a night, this was not worth it. There were other room which were renovated and I asked for replacement and wasn't given.

    We stayed here for one day. The river view is good, and the weather was nice. But the rooms were not clean, and the food area was also not clean. Looks like the place was better two years ago, but now it’s not well maintained—maybe the owner changed. Our room was smelling bad, probably because of the rain. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms, only in the lobby. Food was just okay, nothing special. Water activities were good, but I think they’re not included in the room price, so check before you book. Overall, don’t expect too much if you decide to stay here.

    I have never encountered a property as dubious as this one. While the location is undeniably good, the condition of the property is extremely poor. It appears to have been neglected for a long time, with visible wear and tear and virtually no maintenance. Cleanliness is a major issue. The overall hygiene standards are unacceptable, to the extent that I could not stay even one night, despite having booked the property for two nights. A person who values basic comfort and cleanliness would find it very difficult to stay here. I also hold Agoda partially responsible for this experience, as it raises serious concerns about their verification and quality-control mechanisms. The property does not reflect the standards one would expect from a listing on a reputed platform. I would strongly caution future travelers. There are several good properties nearby, but this one should be avoided due to its poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness.
