We have stayed at your facility three different times and enjoyed it. However this time there were a number of things which annoyed us. First we had to change rooms because of the heating system, also in the next room the sink was not working properly, and then at the checkout there was some misunderstanding re our account . On the day of checkout while waiting for our ride we stood for 1 hour because there was nowhere to sit . The staff was preparing for a fashion show and the whole area did not have anywhere to sit. I am 82 years old and found it very uncomfortable having nowhere to sit even though several employees saw us but there was no reach out to assist. Please observe for others in the future.

It's was special. We didn't have time to really used the premises but the room, bed everything was good. Definitely we will visit this Château again.
