    Front desk not open. Need to stand outside at a window in the parking lot to check in. And then front desk staff is rude and try to make me pay cash for the room key before they gave me a room key. Whaaaaat? No thanks..

    This motel is the nicest motel in orange. I'm retired and traveling. So not just the price , it's near disneyland 2 miles. Quiet. The rooms are BIG, really clean, housekeeping daily, and PLENTY Of towels. Super clean. The owners are extremely accommodating and super cool. They take care of you. Hospitality? 100 plus. It is very nice. All rooms have Microsoft and freezer fridges. Doors separate. Ill always come back , when I'm in aneim/orange. .

    The property offered a comfortable sleep and reliable hot water facilities. However, cleanliness was lacking and the staff and housekeeping services fell short. The location was convenient, but views and garden were disappointing. Facilities were limited but satisfactory for a basic stay.
