    I spent 2 nights at BH Roma and must say it was the best hotel I had stayed during my two weeks’ time in Europe. The hotel is about 10 minutes’ walk from Termini Station, and while convenient, it is in a very nice, quiet and safe area where the embassies are. There’s practically a tent where police officers / soldiers are stationed 10 steps away from the hotel. The hotel is elegantly decorated. It is like a posh boutique hotel with classy facilities and amenities. The room is clean, modern and tastefully designed. What stands out most however is its staff. They are the friendliest and most helpful I have seen in Italy. By that I mean they really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Be it helping me get the channel for the World Cup matches, giving me specific detailed personalized suggestions on my day plan, making me welcome with refreshing afternoon drinks and tasty snacks, or remembering my choice of drink at the delicious breakfast even for such a short stay, every staff member I encountered was beyond excellence in their service. I want to congratulate the hotel on having such an outstanding team of staff. They are the ones who make the hotel truly special and wonderful. Grazie mille!
