Very accommodating requested adjoining rooms and extra pillows and late arrival. God bless the clerk at front desk. Very busy with check-ins and no help. Should have been at least two at front desk, a long line to check-in. Clerk was very gracious and apologetic

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the room temperature.
When I went down for breakfast, the area looked uninviting. I ate my own breakfast (that I brought with me) in my room.
