5th floor ice maker outside our room alarmed all night. Garage cans were overflowing and smelled.

Kind of mixed reviews for this location. I actually found the staff to be rude. Enjoyed my stay but didn't feel very inviting. Think I was referred as a pain in the ass for asking for coffee for the room on the second day. No maid service to refresh the room after the first night. I get the feeling it was a cultural difference in how I was treated at the front desk and that's a problem. The breakfast though was great.

I booked this hotel on August 6-10 of 2025 when I checked in didn’t even unpack yet sits down bedbugs on the bed. I contacted front desk they called manager name Edward he was very disrespectful to me never apologized didn’t want to give a refund for both my rooms because only one room had the bed bugs, if one have them the other do as well. Beg bugs is a serious thing. He called the cops on me because I called a family member to cancel her room before she arrive. He told me to leave the lobby he was not refunding me, I ask him what we suppose to do. That’s when the cops was called so I waited for them to come they tell me to leave the lobby. I was not treated right. Do not book this hotel
