    Rooms are adequate but need paint and thorough cleaning including baseboards, bathroom engraving by someone’s knife to carve out initials is not good, breakfast….sorry but the coffee at least has to be 5*****, sadly it’s just brown hot water, the rest is cheap, white bread and white bagels from Walmart w options of peanut butter or jam, the family owned business, just needs to invest in better breakfast options ie, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, English muffins, hot chocolate, juice, rooms need all doors, frames, baseboards painted, it’s a mess, Gorgeous indoor pool***** Please update everywhere, old stuff looks dirty

    Best Value Inn & Suites met our needs during our one night stay. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was quite adequate. The rooms were spacious and our fridge had a larger freezer area, that I had requested. Would stay here again if passing this way.

    We are 3 adults and the dog spend 2 nights in double queen beds room at Best Value Inn and Suites in Parry Sound. Very convenient location, quiet and clean room. Beds are ok. AC worked well. $15 a night extra for a dog and money value compared to $50 at the other hotels or dogs not allowed at all. We will be back.

    This motel is dated. Holes in walls, old furniture. But, the pool and area was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and shower was good. Breakfast was poor. Only toast and bagels, cereal, fruit punch for juice, yogurt and apples. No eggs, meat…. Toaster barely worked.
