Warning every one who want to stay here be careful about the price that they will charge you for the room in your app say you have to pay at the property *** and tourist fee 14$ for two people so total *** but they asking you to pay *** how it possible?? I tried to explain how much I have to pay but they just keep saying I have to pay *** I was explaining to theirs first reception for 2 hours and she is the manager she agreed that I am right and told me to pay it the next day but when I come to pay it’s not the same person and I have to explain it again for another hours she call manager the one I talked to before but manager seem like i never talk to her… iask them I don’t mind to pay ur price but I just curious and want to know how come that I have to pay *** bc in my app say it clearly how much I have to pay I just want explanation from you where is the proof or information that I ah e to pay that price bc I do have the info….in the end they said you have to pay *** if you not please check out that’s ruined my experience in this city I really disappointed just to warn everyone check ur price before pay as they asking you to pay

Very nice Hostel very clean Great Staff but No escalator only stairs. Great staff Girl Tamila very good Manners and Customer Services.
Tourist Tax Rate are very High. Need to be Reduced the Tax . Thanks.

This hostel is absolutely amazing. Female receptionist are so kind and beautiful. They help many things such as telling good restaurants nearby, calling taxi for airport and so on. The room and bathroom are so clean and organized. I’ll definitely visit this hostel when I’m in Tashkent.

Reception not helpful at all both of them just tell me and my friends to check out of there bc I ask how’s the money I have to pay is not matching in the app I booked they not give me any reason if it’s my misunderstood why you not explain when I asked you to explain instead they just told me to check out if I’m not pay as the price as they told me to. I told them take my card I willing to pay whatever price you say but I want to know why it’s not match as my app say and this is already included touris fees
