    I read raving ‘exceptional’ reviews on this hotel so I booked it. There was a cancellation clause. Then I read on trip advisor the TRUE reviews & I cancelled it straight away (as I thought). Next day I got a confirmation booking to say it was booked & I couldn’t cancel as I’d missed the deadline by hours. I tried my best with Agoda to change it but they couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t lose my money. I had no choice but to go. Well all the trip advisor reviews are true. The manager (the one with the Alice band in his hair) is so rude & ignorant he obviously didn’t go to hospitality lessons & doesn’t know a thing about the hospitality business. Also the head waiter Ibraham must have been taught by said manager because he is just as ignorant . Only good thing was the swimming pool which was actually well kept. Hotel very dated & falling apart. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY
