    The good - lovely staff, good food, comfy beds. The not so good - rooms and bathrooms in the annex are very dated and tired and really in need of a refurb. They were however very clean Overall for the cost absolutely fine.

    Location great. I understand that this is an old building that needs modernising badly. Not recommended for a relaxing stay, very noisy. The breakfast was disgusting. Greene king you've let yourselves down. We'd rather stay at the wetherspoons up the road.
