My stay at Beirut Hotel 1 was fantastic. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Abdul Rehman, who was incredibly courteous. I had mistakenly booked a single room for myself (definitely not recommended!), but Firas kindly upgraded me to a double room the next morning at no extra cost. The entire front office team—Abdul Rehman, Firas, and Basit—were extremely helpful, polite, and all spoke excellent English.
The double room was spacious and well-equipped with a kettle, comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning.
The location is a major highlight. The hotel sits right in the heart of downtown Amman, with the vibrant, bustling city just steps outside the door. The Grand Mosque is only two minutes away, and you’ll find nearly everything you need nearby—especially plenty of great places to eat.
I also want to give a special thanks to Fareeda for her wonderful breakfasts. The buffet was superb, featuring eggs, cheese, salads, juices, tea and coffee, cakes, and more. My personal favorites were the hummus and falafel (yes, they serve falafel at breakfast!), along with the egg dishes prepared by Fareeda herself. She was just as welcoming and gracious as the rest of the staff.
Although breakfast normally starts at 8 a.m. and I needed to leave for the airport at that time, Fareeda kindly had everything ready for me by 7:30 a.m. I truly can't thank her enough.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
