    For short gateway this room suitable but not for family. The room quite dirty and small. No window available for the room.

    I booked a room with a window, but upon arrival, I was given a room without any window, which was very disappointing. The room condition was poor. There were cockroaches, no hair dryer, and no basic toiletries provided. The floor was extremely slippery, which felt unsafe. The toilet was leaking when flushed, and the soundproofing was very bad. There was also a hole in the ceiling, so I had to change to another room, but the overall experience still did not improve much. The hotel uses self check-in and check-out. One short male staff member was polite and helpful, which I appreciate. However, another staff member who was sitting at the computer inside the room was not friendly. When I asked for help, he seemed more focused on playing games on the computer rather than assisting guests. Overall, this stay did not match the description or expectations, and I would not recommend it unless improvements are made.
