We arrived and were surprised to see air conditioning not working, we immediately informed caretaker but there was no action taken by them and even our request to change the room was denied. Check out is mentioned at 11:00 but the actual checkout is 10:00. Overall there is a lot of confusion and experience is hampered.

The view from the living and dining room as well as the balcony is exceptional. You can see the port and the whole city. Breakfast was excellent with lots of local fruits. The couple running the place were excellent.

The value for money for this stay was great. There staff is amazing and very helpful during the stay. Only problem will be if you are taking public buses you will find yourself in little bit difficulty otherwise all great. There self service kitchen is also awesome.

The place is very nice and serene. At a hill top with a lovely view of the sea both at night and daytime. Very peaceful. Host Laxmi was very good and helped us with cab bookings, city details etc
