We had a fantastic stay at Bear Creek Mountain Resort! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and all the amenities. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had a great time outdoors and at the resort... pool, hot tubs, restaurants, etc. All excellent. Large room very clean.

I would never recommend this resort to anyone! I stayed July 1st and July 2nd 2026. It was 110 degrees outside and 90.5 degrees in my hotel room! I complained on the 1st and was told they were sold out of rooms so they could not switch my room! Turns out they cut the power to the hotel rooms and was running on their generator instead! This resort did not care how uncomfortable it was for the guests nor did they care about a pregnant employee who had to work in this heat and clean the rooms on the 6th floor.
Save your money and find somewhere else to stay, you’ll be much more comfortable in a hotel with air conditioning!!!
