    5 stars for location. This is the best hotel in terms of location. Right outside, you'll find various eateries, cafes, Mang Inasal, a grocery store, Watsons, a church, and Mercury Drug. Near to Ozamiz Public Market as well. 3 stars for facilities. My room was located on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out of order most of the time. I have asthma, so this was really difficult for m especially during check-out when the elevator was still not working for unknown reasons. There was no power outage on Saturday, so I have no idea why it was off. Carrying my heavy luggage down the stairs was a real struggle. 2 stars for the room. The socket near the bed wasn't working. The bathroom was also very unsafe due to slippery tiles. I almost fell because the bathroom entry has a downward slope with slick tiles, and I actually grazed my arm trying to catch myself. Additionally, the bathroom sink was set too high. Hopefully they will consider renovation. 1 star for safety. On my first and second days, I swear I heard someone trying to turn my doorknob and open the door. Luckily, there was a deadbolt lock inside. Peephole is covered or broken. I also didn't notice any CCTVs in the hallway. I had no choice but to book here because all my preferred hotels were fully booked. I am grateful that the staff were nice, especially the front desk staff on the first day. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to safety concerns and the unreliability of the elevator, which is essential for guests.

    Satisfied with the place, there are some concerns on the toilet; clogged floor drain and damaged toilet. But overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend to others. Thank you!

    I encountered a parking issue and politely requested assistance from the front desk, as I am not from Ozamis City. Unfortunately, the staff repeatedly ignored my concern and implied that it was no longer his responsibility. The only suggestion provided was to wait until 6pm for possible parking availability. The lack of support and professionalism was very disappointing.
