    Since this was our first trip, we love how the staff of Bay's inn accommodate us, in anything we need. Clean room, accommodating and friendly staff, and very near in any food stalls..

    We had a wonderful experience in Bay’s inn resort last weekend! staffs were all kind and respectful, clean rooms with hot and cold shower that was easy to manipulate, breakfast buffet and foods that we’ve ordered during dinner were all sumptous and not so expensive! We also loved the heated infinity pool facing the beach. It’s truly captivating. One thing that also made us decide to book here was since we are foodies, the place were so accessible that we’ve got to enjoy eating different kinds of seafoods and delicacies in every restaurant surrounding us and even the main tourist spots were nearby. We’ll definitely going back here in the future and recommend Bay’s Inn to our friends and relatives who where planning to visit Baler soon! Thank you and hoping that your quality of service will not change, and if it is, that’s for the best 😊🙏

    Pros: Location-wise this was a good deal. Close to the beach and other food establishments. It has a pool which is open from 7am to 9pm. Staffs were nice and accommodating. They were reallyyyy polite - I had my water flask refilled with ice hehe and was able to borrow some plates for a takeout we had. Daily Housekeeping is available Cons: On our first day, housekeeping did not replace one of the disposable toothbrushes in the room. We opened one of the boxes and the toothbrush was not inside a plastic bag - compared to the other one. Good thing I brought an extra one. They were just replacing items that do not look touched by the previous guests. Bathroom drainage smells and the exhaust was not working. There was no area to dry clothes. No phone available to contact the front desk. There was a tv in the room but had no channels.
