Were it not for the bugs in the room, I would have been happy with our stay.

First day we found a total of four large bugs in the room. Second morning front desk was surprised by the news and have housekeeping do a thorough cleaning.When we returned to the room I had to remove 3 more over the next 24 hours without my wife’s knowledge.At checkout I asked if the manager would call me but haven’t heard anything from them.

When we finished our trip from Yellowstone, we decided to see the Mount Rushmore Memorial, chose this hotel 2 days before at a good price. When we got there, almost midnight, the staff checked us in quickly. The room is OK, a little bit old , and breakfast is nice.

Cracked floor tiles, old stained shower curtain, hair dryer falls off the wall, moldy edge on swimming pool, very poor quality breakfast, rusted metal rack / showe head in bathroom, really loud air conditioners and guests must fill out a firm to get their room cleaned. Really? If it's a trend it's a bad one.
The location is ideal if you don't ind a huge hill and the outside if the hotel is fine.
