Very friendly staff and good facility I enjoyed my short stay

Two tired travelers just wanting a good night sleep, a shower ..hot or cold and a clean bed. This hotel failed on all fronts. The General Manager takes 0 responsibility for assisting her guest with any issues and leaves her overworked staff to take the fall. The rooms all face the pool area as shown but what the photos font show is the bar and the DJ with massive speakers, playing at 10 plus plus volume from 7 to after 10pm. The the bar keeps going until after 11:00 pm. We found ourself at the front desk with other guests requesting that they could at least turn it down but we're told that the GM Sue refused and that the DJ would be playing until his committed time of 10....of course he went late and the GM refused to advise him to at least turn it down. Consequently, the rooms were uninhabitable during this time...not able to hear TV or sleep....never mind anything else. Check inntime is 4:00 and not advertised on third party sites. We called for a slightly earlyncheckmin as we had a commitment at 5 and need time to shower and change. No! And to make matte rs wo4se, our room wasn't ready until 4:25. Re a shower. No water and when they had water it was impossible to wash your hair. The trickle that came out of the shower was tiny we couldn't get the soap out of our long hair. No flushing your toilet, no brushing your teeth and no showering! We are sure that we got bitten by bed bugs but after all the other problems we were sure that Sue would have no time for our 3rd compliant. We asked her for a refund so that we could go elsewhere and we're told stairght up....contact the 3rd party even I light of no water and no sleep. The hotel seems to cater to big drinkers and fully clothed guest can be seen swimming until well past midnight and partying right outside your room as all rooms face the pool/bar area. Staff confirmed that the bar is poorly located and is a constant problem for them. I'm really not sure what we paid for and I really wish that I had taken the few poor reviews more seriously....they were all correct. Mould in the bathrooms, water damage every where, loud hallways and doors banging, no water, bed bugs andn0 commitment to making your stay more enjoyable. If I were Sue ....I would be helping people with early check ins ...maybe they wouldn't be so angry with the lack of toilet flushing and noise? Oh and check out is 10:30 sharpe or a 60.00 usa fee applies....seems like lots of time to clean the rooms? 10:30 is a very tight check out when the water trucks don't even arrive until 9:30. S9emone has paid for those good reviews they are getting. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Although the hotel does not have a closer access to the ocean, it is nicely kept, clean with a little restaurant, pool and a bar. The rooms are spacious and all have nice balconies. Quiet and very affordable place.

My teenage son and I had a great weekend. The location is central to restaurants , bars, cafes and shopping malls. All within 10 mins by vehicle and 15/20 by foot. The staff supper friendly and welcoming. We stay at this hotel for every visit we make to the island.
