We booked "Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa", but they said our reservation was actually for the hotel near the highway, 20 minutes from Reduit Beach. They then offered us an "upgrade" price of exactly what it would cost to just book a new room online, not taking into consideration at all all the money we had already paid. Terrible, just terrible. The hotel itself is relatively fine, but they lost our trust and our business

8 / 10Excellent·Jan 2026

Location is great. Some of the decor and facilities look a bit tired and need a revamp. The staff were great. The food was average, especially during lunch time. Overall, though the place makes you feel relaxed and rested. Wonderful views from the top floor beach view room that we had booked

8.4 / 10Excellent·Nov 2025

Not advertised properly. Said we had a kitchen and 2 queen beds. Turned out we didn’t have a kitchen

5.6 / 10·Jan 2026

The garden view room has a view on (and noise from) the construction of a new hotel next to this hotel. A different room was only possible at an extortionate upgrade price of 300 dollar per night.
