Honestly, disappointed kami sa experience namin. Pagpasok pa lang namin sa first room, sira na yung lower part ng C.R. door, mahirap buksan yung main door, madumi yung pintuan, at malagkit yung mesa. Hindi rin malamig yung aircon. Isang oras na pero hindi pa rin lumalamig, kaya tumawag kami sa phone para i-report yung concern. May staff na pumunta para tingnan yung aircon, pero setting lang yung binago at bigla na lang umalis nang walang sinabing babalik siya. Akala namin may aasikasuhin lang siya at babalik para ayusin, pero hindi na pala. Kaya pumunta na kami mismo sa front desk para personal na i-report yung concern. Sakto namang pumunta doon yung staff at sinabi na baka hindi lang kami kuntento sa lamig. Honestly, nakaka-disappoint marinig iyon, especially considering na malaki yung binayaran namin. Hindi naman kami naghahanap ng sobrang lamig na aircon we were simply reporting na hindi lumalamig nang maayos yung room. Eventually, pinalipat na lang kami ng room. Maayos naman yung main door ng second room, pero pagpasok namin, may nakita na naman kaming issues. Yung bintana, lalo na yung nasa C.R., hindi maayos ang pagkakalinís. Yung wiper nasa timba pa mismo. Nakakadagdag iyon sa impression na hindi talaga na-check nang maayos yung room bago ibigay sa guest. Hindi naman namin ine-expect na perfect ang room, pero for the price we paid, we expected at least a clean, well-maintained room and a proper response when concerns are reported. And sana yung mga staff, especially those handling guest concerns, ay mas maging attentive at professional sa pag-handle ng complaints. Hindi naman masama mag-report ng concern, lalo na kung valid naman yung issue. Mas okay sana kung maayos na ie-explain kung ano ang gagawin at kung may babalik bang staff para ayusin ang concern, kaysa iiwan na lang ang guest na hindi alam kung ano ang next step. Overall, sana mas ma-improve nila ang room inspection, housekeeping, maintenance, at customer service. Malaki ang binayaran namin kaya reasonable lang na mag-expect ng maayos, malinis, at well-maintained na room, pati na rin ng maayos na customer service.
