    The room was clean and spacious. However, it doesn't really get dark at night, making it hard to fall asleep and causing us to wake up early. There were sheer curtains in front of 2/3 of the windows, but even there it didn't really keep any light out. The glass door without a curtain faced the hallway that stayed illuminated all night. Also, the staff didn't really speak English. ​Except for this, the room was really nice, which makes it a bit of a pity since a good nights sleep is essentially why you book a private room in a hotel.     We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our short visit to Hue. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the things we loved most was the location—there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and spas nearby, and it's very easy to book a Grab car to get around the city. Even though our stay was brief, the hotel made our time in Hue comfortable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

    Convenient location, near many restaurants, bike/scooter parking. I got a room on the ground floor with the big window opening to the stairwell which people can jump into or see into my room if it's open. The room has big issue of mold, probably because window has been always closed (due to the safety/privacy concern above).
