On reservation, it shows refrigerator microwave and coffee pot in a nice room. We get in and check into our 200 square-foot studio. You walk in and literally hit the bed. We were beyond deceived when I had clearly booked a beachfront room as stated in the pictures. There was no microwave. The refrigerator was in the bathroom because there was no room in the bedroom. There was no closet and not even enough room on each side of the bed for your suitcase.

Could not open the sliding glass door. There was no complimentary coffee set up in the kitchen area. Floors were dirty including the bathroom. The entryway into the room was filthy. The epoxy finish on the floors was totally worn off in areas. And there were only two pillows in the master bedroom. The decor was fine but a little soiled. Paint was peeling from areas in the bathroom. I killed a roach in the room. Beautiful grounds. Are there better places I don't know. Checking in at 3:00 but needed to wait until 4:00 never received a text as promised when room was ready. Dead bolt on the door was faulty. Only used one lock. Door would not close properly had to slam it shut. But paying 500. For one night I would expect more than I received.
