An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what really made the experience special was the warm and professional staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The location was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and everything was beyond our expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended

Bathroom and bedroom are small . The shower is tiny . Literally would bang your arms trying to wash yourself and me and my wife are not big at all . Staff amazing , polite and helpful . Breakfast is good . Location good very close to the beach and the cable car . Facilities are basic and what you expect any hotel to have .

Very clean, well located near cable station. A couple of small car parking spaces in front of hotel. WiFi not great. Basic breakfast. We had seaview room with subbed. Bath with shower over was a bit tricky to get in and out of. Last night spoiled by a large group of men partying loudly in the bar area until 3am, mentioned this to hotel next morning but they weren’t aware of it

The standard room was so small I walked into the bed on opening the door. The shower was blocked and last occupants toiletries still in the shower. 1 extra pillow in the wardrobe but no cover! View onto another building with rubbish and cigarette tabs. Air conditioning dripped all night it was like torcher. The lift was being serviced so we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs. There is one lift for all the rooms so have to wait a longtime. Car parking was available at the rear of the property at a reasonable cost but was advertised so could have avoided unnecessary trip looking for parking. The bar staff are absent during dinner being located in the restaurant. It’s such a shame as it’s in a lovely location.
