I would like to express my gratitude to all the people working in this beautiful hotel. You make the already very beautiful island even more beautiful and so memorable. Politeness and your smiles gave our family the feeling that it's our birthday every day. We felt like special guests. It's worth a lot. I really liked the concept of the hotel focussed on the restaurants, where the service is very fast, the food and drinks are of very high quality and tasty. The villas are gorgeous with good cosmetics, aesthetics in everything. The reef is very diverse, octopuses, different species of sharks, turtles and a huge number of clown fish and even dolphins. I also want to thank the employee Liton who perfectly cleaned the villas and made a lot of animals for my children from towels. Thanks to the guy who brought sweets to the children during the inspection of the mini bar. And thank you very much for the big cake that we received directly to the villa during Easter. I'm just delighted with the hotel and all the people who work there. We already want to go back.

Just perfect! From the whole island and resort to the beach villas, food/drinks, staff, facilities. Even when there was a rainy day we enjoyed!

AVOID! There are many better options in Maldives. If you give them ANY feedback at all, they’re extremely dismissive. They don’t care about your experience once they have your money. This is NOT the Baglioni experience I expected after staying at the Regina property in Rome. The food and beverage manager, Swadha, is particularly AWFUL, but apparently she’s “in” with the managers at the Palace company that recently purchased the Baglioni brand. I showed a photo of broken GLASS on the ground at the pool bar, and she was so dismissive. Her response: “I know the team doesn’t put anyone to danger by leaving the floor open with glass pieces. Thanks for sharing anyways.” I don’t just report the glass, I showed a photo I took of it, and I encouraged the general manager to pull the CCTV footage to see all of the barefooted kids the staff had to stop from running through it. “Doesn’t put anyone to danger” my @$$. She should be fired. I wouldn’t let her work at 1 star let alone a 5 star. By the way, this was AFTER a glass water bottle shattered all over on the boat trip to see “whale sharks” (didn’t see any), and TWO people cut their feet on the glass shards. Not only did they ignore dietary restrictions, they just didn’t care. I’ve been to Maldives 5 times, and this was the worst (yet most expensive) experience. Everything felt like a fight. It was more like being sentenced to a Maldivian prison more so than staying at 5 star luxury resort. Beware!
