    It is a nice place to stay in Baler a 3-5 minutes walk from the beach and they have a very friendly staff that allow us to have an early check in. We got a good room. It is simple and comfortable place to stay in. Highly recommended!

    I would like to commend Chelsea for her excellent service. She was very accommodating, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. From check-in to answering inquiries, she was always courteous, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made the experience much more pleasant. It’s employees like Chelsea who leave a lasting impression and make guests feel truly valued.     The room was not as clean as we expected, and some of the amenities, particularly the bidet and a few other facilities, were not in the best condition. These small details made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Some of the staff were accommodating and friendly, which we appreciated. However, we did have an issue with one of the staff members, particularly the older woman who handles the cooking. We asked if our complimentary breakfast could be served 30 minutes earlier since we had a tour starting around the same time as their breakfast schedule, which is from 7–9 AM. We understood that she might not have been ready yet, but the way our request was handled felt quite unaccommodating. We were then told that breakfast could not be served at another time either because it is strictly available from 7–9 AM. We understand that hotels have their own schedules and policies, but a little more flexibility and better communication would have made the experience much better. Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed because the place has potential, and improving the cleanliness, amenities, and overall guest service would make a big difference. I hope the owners take appropriate action especially to the old woman staff.
