    the view in the morning bought us. great rooms and kind staff.

    the property is a bit from town where near the nature and rice fields. Who love to take a photo may love this property. Sleep quality was awesome due to very quiet. Water pressure is quite low and hot water wasn’t stable. Overall is good. I would rate this property 8/10.

    Booked this place due to pet friendly reasons & seemingly nice outdoor space from the pics shown. However it’s a very basic house with small (not QS) bed, musky linen (pillows change upon request), no TV, big kitchen but cannot cook, rugged toilet with thin walls, man made round tub with extremely low water pressure & is impossible to fill esp with faulty water heater gauge which is either too hot or too cold. Was charged THB200/day for my very clean pet but owner’s aggressive frenchie came to our unit, pounced & bite my dog’s ear when we are checking out and we had to rush him to a vet even though owner is paying for it. Had to get our own insect spray too as the small flies came through the window gaps when attracted by the lights in the room. Breakfast is sand porridge for 3 days auntie we told them we will skip for last day & they change to fried rice. Overall not a good value based on the price we pay
