    Had Durian smell in room Manager TJ bad attitude not professional no sorry for this matter. No even a sorry. No help with luggage. Only housekeeping staff and handy man say sorry they should take his position instead. For thailand hotel we should have service mind manager to run the property. For two nights we had dinner in the resort with the same menu, the first day was okay but the second day the food was salty and sweet and the staff said they have a different chef, that’s why the food taste was inconsistent and no good, no standard. The fish and chips was raw inside and not cooked properly, not worth the price. Anyway, the manager offered free krapao as complimentary for the raw fish as it was the first time he said sorry. Room next door talking loud disturbing all night but manager told us to be quiet during our stay when we checked in, If you come here to relax it’s a no for you. Water pressure in the room is very bad, if you have long hair to wash is a challenge. For breakfast watch out for the flies as they will be all over fruits and else which they do not cover it. First day breakfast main dish was asked in advance, second day was not asked but both took very long time anyway so what was the point. First night had duvet on bed second night only had brown cheap blankets. Over all beach and pool are great but never worth the price for facilities. Resort just lack of managing and maintaining. One of us stepped on nail coming out from the wooden floor on 2nd floor of the room near the bed and cut herself. Luckily the next day we told the handyman and he quickly got us a first aid kit to clean up the wound. Thumbs up 👍 for the handyman who was nice since the first day. At check out, the lady at the front desk with glasses was rude and play with her phone while checking us out and was not friendly at all.
