    My Deluxe Double room was spacious, with a desk - which was important as I needed to work during the stay. The bed was also comfy and everything seemed clean. There was a strong smell of mould which I got use to pretty quickly but might put some people off. Ranong is pretty damp so that might be hard to avoid. The pool was also clean and a decent size (although very shallow). Breakfast was also unexpectedly included but options were limited - I was served an 'American Style' breakfast of fried eggs, bacon and little saveloy type sausages on toast. There did seem to be a Thai option but I didn't realise this until the end of my stay. The resort is on a busy road - one of the main routes down south. I couldn't hear it from my room as I was about half way back - but best if you are not too close. The breakfast area is right near the road so you get to enjoy the traffic going past while eating your toast. The location is fairly close to the town and the free Raksa Hot Springs but I found that it was better to rent a motorbike for the stay rather than walk in the heat, rain and traffic. There is no Grab Car Share in Ranong so having your own transport is useful. It's only ten minutes drive from Ponrang Hot Springs (a must visit destination). The staff didn't speak much English but were helpful and able to use Google Translate to figure things out. The Resort has definitely seen better days but for the price (about US$27pn) I thought it was reasonable value.
