Ang bilis niyo sa pag hingi ng bayad na TWICE the price sa binook sa app. Not stating complete details before and after he booking itself. ITS BEEN A MONTH FOLLOWING UP FOR OUR REFUND YET ANG LAKAS NG LOOB NIYONG MAG IGNORE. NAGREREPLY KAYO PARA IDELAY ULIT ANG PROCESSING. SUCH SERVICE AND POLICY NIYO TOTALLY A SCAM!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! MUKHANG MARAMI NARIN PALA KAYO NABIKTIMA. SANA WALA NA ULIT MABIKTIMA. LEGAL MATTER NA TO AT WHY THIS APP TOLERATES THIS BUSINESS. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT

    This is a scam! Walang nagpakita pr sumagot ng tawag nung pag arrived namin sa azure. First 10calls it's ringing but the rest is already hang up by contact person. I don't know why agoda allow this business , Very Stressful I have a baby. I said atleast consider my baby since it's raining but no conscience
