    The hotel reception staff were racially discriminatory, only welcoming Japanese people. They were rude and spoke poorly to people from other countries, communicating only in Japanese and not even speaking basic English. They also didn't want to speak English with us.

    Discriminatory onsen. Women or trans people are only allowed one hour a day with reservation from (11pm-midnight). The hotel transfer is a rip off and charged three times the price of a taxi or grab from the airport. Plus, I had to spend 30 minutes looking for my driver who was waiting at the wrong terminal. The staff sleep in the lobby and you must pass by them through a small entrance to leave and enter. The location is about 30 minutes by car to old quarter district. Breakfast set menu from 8-10am of Japanese dishes.
