    Nice hotel and value for the money if you book on thus app. Otherwise much higher prices. Extremely comfortable beds a and pillows and plenty of hot water albeit low pressure. Breakfast is ordered at time of check in so be prepared

    The place is only good in photo very disappointing the staff are nice but their so called rules is not explain when you book in front of the agent in the hotel... The bathroom is so small so the water will come out so you put the towel in the floor, all of a sudden they charge me because the towel got dirty, so what you want me to do leave the water alone outside from the shower. So you lay a towel on it in order the water to be soaked on it on the towel and it got dirty and i got charged. 2nd thing they only give you 1 key card so whats gonna happen you and your spouse will always be together in order to go up and down in the elevator cos the elevator wont go up if you dont scan the key card its ridiculous. 3rd there complimentary breakfast is not good if you got a child they will charge you full amount... Another thing if you arrive from the airport early cos its always early and they dont accept till 3pm and we arrive at 7am you have to pay extra about 500 pesos per hour till 3pm for the actual check in. Its crazy so i will not recommend the aya hotel to my friends and family its new but its not worth it...
