    Aircon was not cold when booked in. Requested to change room and much time was wasted for our rest time after a long drive. The bath room was flooded after showering. Lizard was found in the room as shown in the attached photo. Towers and bed sheets not clean.

    Staff nice. The location is very convenient to beach. We are very enjoy the pool as well. Food is also quite good.

    The room was not cleaned properly. Dust was found in the room, and the glass surfaces were not cleaned properly. Please take immediate corrective action and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
