    I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. I booked the resort through Agoda based on the room photos and details shown in the listing. However, when I arrived, the resort asked me to pay extra for the room that was advertised. This is unacceptable, as I booked and paid according to Agoda’s listing. What made the experience even worse was the lack of support from Agoda. Instead of resolving the issue or coordinating with the resort on my behalf, they simply offered me a complimentary high tea, which did not address the actual problem. The resort kept asking me to coordinate with Agoda, but as a customer, I shouldn’t have to act as the middleman between the hotel and the booking platform. The rooms themselves were clean and well-maintained, but I was shocked to find that the coffee machine had fungus inside, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor coordination between the resort and Agoda, unexpected extra charges, and hygiene issues. I hope both the resort and Agoda improve their customer service and ensure that future guests don’t have to go through the same experience.

    Agoda charged discounted prize which is actually higher for the room as per hotels original prize and they are showing room pictures of premium rooms of that particular hotel which is misguide to the customer and it feels embarrassed situation on site.

    Rooms are far away from the reception area and the golf was there just for the show, I think, when asked Iwas told that the battery is down, so we had walk a long way in the rains to our room Room was spacious and clean, though no intercom and their tablet was not working. so we had to call on the given no which I finally succeeded after many tries. By the way food is really gud, tried Thai Curry and Rice for lunch and ut was yummy In the evening, not much option so order mix pakoras which was completely avoidable as it was not properly fried. For dinner we had Burnt garlic fried rice and manchurian which was again too gud, one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast was complimetary so limited items Staff is courteous though not properly trained Nothing for recreation or fun activity, Go if u just want to relax
