    The hotel room was neat and clean, and we were provided with all required amenities. Mr.Sharik in reception was very helpful, kind and responsive. We ordered lunch which was delivered on time, and taste was also good. The complementary breakfast provided was also neat and good. The overall stay was good and we were satisfied.

    Pros: - Very close to Chennai Airport. - One of the best budget-friendly options in the area. - Complimentary breaksfast and airport drop is a great service, especially for early morning flights. - Bed was soft and comfortable. Cons: - Room was quite small. - Bedsheet and blanket did not look fresh and clean. - Bathroom was not very clean. - Centralized AC controller was in poor condition. - The lobby light outside my room was not working. - The smart lock card never worked. I had to ask the reception staff to unlock the room using their master key, which was quite inconvenient. - The restaurant was closed due to an LPG shortage. - The bathroom had a glass wall facing the main road, covered only with a sticker, which did not provide a good sense of privacy. - Traffic noise from outside could be heard throughout the stay. - TV remote had no batteries. - Breakfast was served cold, and refilling took a long time, so guests had to wait. Overall: If you are simply looking for a budget hotel close to Chennai Airport for a one-night stay, this hotel is worth considering because of its location, price, and free airport drop. However, there are several maintenance and housekeeping issues that need attention. With some improvements, the overall guest experience could be much better.
