    Our stay had both good and bad aspects, but unfortunately our first day was quite hectic. There was a power outage, and at the same time there was no running water. It took quite a while for the issue to be resolved and for the generator to be turned on. The worst part was waking up very early in the morning because of the heat. If you don’t offer air-conditioned accommodations, the least you can do is ensure a reliable electricity backup. The property is located next to a forest with lots of vegetation, so there are naturally many insects and mosquitoes, especially at night. A working fan is essential for guests’ comfort. I was also disappointed with the staff’s attitude. When I asked about the situation that morning, the staff member who assisted me wasn’t friendly, which I found off-putting. I understand that outages can happen, but I expected a more courteous and empathetic response, especially since the inconvenience was beyond the guests’ control. In addition, there were no hangers for our clothes, not even in the bathroom which made our stay less convenient. Another drawback was that when the generator was running, guests were only allowed to use the fan and no other electrical appliances, which was quite limiting. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with our stay. However, the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful morning view were definite highlights and helped make the experience a little better.
