    I made a mistake and booked 3 rooms. I came and stayed for one night. I emailed with the owner (have proof) and they said I could come back to redeem the other two rooms/nights at a later date. I came back to the area and emailed the owner and they said they refuse to help and will not honor the extra two rooms that I paid for. I understand the initial mistake was my fault, but the owner did say I can redeem them, then when it was time, they said no.
