    The only good thing about this hotel is the beach-facing view. Please don’t trust the pictures — they are heavily enhanced and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. Cleanliness was not good, including the bathroom. The flush tank pipe was broken, water was flowing all over the floor, and there were water supply disruptions for which we had to call the staff. Staff was okay, and food was below average, something you eat only because there aren’t many alternatives. Another major inconvenience is accessibility. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the market, and no bike or car can reach the property. You must walk from the parking area to the hotel, which is very inconvenient, especially with luggage. Overall, apart from the view, this hotel is not worth the money.

    If you are looking for budget and comfortable stay, you can choose ATS Goa but you have to walk down for at least 20mins, as this property can't be reachable by cab or two wheeler but the view from the balcony of ocean breeze category is mind blowing.

    U have climb stairs for ocean bliss room terrible stairs for heavy person location is mind blowing but there are many more room better than this

    They should update thier sea view queen photos. And change thier staff and get thier kitchen cleaned and painted if they want to have more customers who can enjoy... All the staff members need to be replaced by govan people to get a good service the place is best but due to staff and their abrupt not so polite behaviour they can be the main cause for thier business losses. If you want to know how a services should be given and how a customer should be treated go check resorte ferro staff i would rate them 10/10 and for ATS goa staff -2/10 I am talking on reality basis what experience could have been and what experience i have got
