    We moved here from a hotel in the middle of Phrom Phong and we wish we had done it sooner! The surroundings are completely different - so much more relaxing, filled with tree-lined sidewalks. 5min walk to Lumphini Park, around 7-10mins to Central Dusit and the One Bangkok. Coffee at Area One next door is even better than many well-known expensive cafes. The first and last impression was made by the very friendly security guard who always greeted everyone with a smile. The reception was helpful and available 24/7. Public areas were well-maintained and kept clean. Their gym is one of the best hotel gyms we've seen in Bangkok. There are two rooms: one for mostly cardio and the other for strength training. They had dumbbells that go heavy, lat pulldown, Smith machine, leg extension, dual pulley cable machine, a bench, and other stuff like bands, ropes, and balls. We really appreciate that there were towels, water bottles, and sanitation spray. The room itself was spacious and the fully functional kitchen with complete table settings made our stay very comfortable! We stayed on the 8th floor which had a partial view of Lumpini park. Our only complaints would be the noise from the hallway and road below can be heard, so if you're sensitive you should wear earplugs. Another was that the shower heater decided to stop working towards the end of our stay. Not a big deal. We reported this at checkout and she was apologetic and made sure to note it down in the system. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

    The hotel is located near Lumpini park, close to MRT and BTS stations, which is excellent for those who like park walks/runs/aerobics, and travels across city using public transportation. The hotel itself might look a bit worn, but it has everything what I need: kitchen, laundry room, etc. The only gripe is that internet connection was slow.

    We are staying in a large room with a small kitchen. It’s supplied with few dishes, pots and pans, microwave, and few more items. The room is old but clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also old fashioned but works well and there no issues with the water temperature. The breakfast has a small selection of items but the food is delicious. After 5 days, the Thai main dish and vegetable has been different and always delicious. The hotel is equidistant from the One Bangkok Mall and the Park Central Mall both with MRT stations. The Saladaeng BTS station is a little farther but walking distance. The gym is small but very functional and well maintained. The pool is small but good for kids. Overall, a very good value for the price.

    The rooms are very well-proportioned. I chose a 34 square meter room, but I didn't like the carpeted floor because it smelled and wasn't clean. The carpet should be removed and replaced with another flooring material.
