    Being one of the highest located property in terms of height in hills, that too in where you get both Sunset and Sunrise experiences with your relaxed morning/evening tea or coffee with snacks. A little too far from the main spots/ attractions (Lansdowne - 30mins, Tadkeshwar - 3 hrs), it is only worth for the location and views, rest everything is okay-ish. Facilities, furnishings in rooms and amenities are not up to price that it charges. Although food is okay, not something you’d remember after you leave. Needs more effort in making it a more happening and wholesome stay. Like decor and little supplies for more comfort and convenience. Pros : Location , Room sizes and Staff. Cons : furnishings, premium quality in services and food. Maybe it was not running at its peak occupancy, so season timing could be a reason for the services quality. As room service and food orders were being taken on cell phone rather than landline, still in which there was miss communications of order name and quantity repeatedly , showcasing a little casual approach than a professional one. But still I believe running such places could be very challenging and this place needs to do better. Be aware of your fuel refilling there are almost no petrol pumps nearby but really far.

    I had an amazing stay at this resort! The night sky view was absolutely breathtaking — crystal-clear skies full of stars, making every evening feel magical. The staff were incredibly helpful and warm, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The restaurant was another highlight; every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, enjoy great food, and experience unforgettable night skies!

    We booked our stay for two days in advance and shared our preferences. When we reached the property, we were told that they only had only two rooms left so we don't have any option of getting tour of other rooms from same category. We saw the room and it was very small and congested. The room door lock was broken as of someone had tried to break in before. The room as dusty and had spiders, we showed it to the room cleaning staff. The pillow seemed as if it had sweat remains from previous guest. I asked them either cancel our booking or give us another room. To which they denied and suggested to wait till next day for a room to vacate. Next day we asked the staff to shift us in other room to which they denied saying that all the rooms are occupied. We asked to cancel our booking for next day and we checked out of the property. We are still waiting for the refund one day booking .
