Location: Good. Clean. View surrounding it is beautiful. I have several complains. The dorm has no door. Just curtains. You need to do the bedsheet hm. I am busy, just had a long drive and have to do the bed. No towels provided. But nothing beat the Attitude of the owners. Is that how you welcome your guests? No smile, like why did u even start this hotel business if you cant even treat your guests nicely? So weird. They are your customers and they pay for their stays

Everything was perfect: so clean and organized, a beautiful common room, an equipped kitchen, pleasant rooms, and the couple in charge had excellent English.
10 out of 10, the best accommodation I have been to in my 4-month trip yet.

Great stay, lovely homely communal area where they have a fireplace which was so nice! Bed and showers were fine. You can hear everything though so you got to hope that people stop talking in the dorm rooms at a reasonable hour which people did so no problems.

As a fellow individual in the service industry for a decade, I could tell what condescending look is and the 2 staff members by the reception; 1 male, 1 female, have it all the time. The female in particular is very unfriendly an unwelcoming. While the location is prime, price is of good value and cleanliness is kept to standards, we are still paying money for overall service. Bunk beds did not have individual blinds or curtain either and while the room smells funky, you’re not allowed to open the windows a little. The same female staff came into my room and proceeded to closing it without mentioning anything and left in my presence. Overall, I will not return while the location is prime. Pity.
