    Maybe getting there was a bit of a journey… maybe the beach isn’t the classic soft white sand, and yes, it’s a little rocky. But—a big, fat BUT—the staff made it all more than worth it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. The team took such genuine care of us, especially our kids—who actually got emotional saying goodbye to the staff they now call friends. A huge thank you to Kelly and Rodrick—you were the heart of our stay. From the candle-lit dinner, to staying up late just to make sure we were okay, to always being around if we needed anything—you made the experience unforgettable. Honestly, I even joked about hiring you and bringing you home with us! Bonifas, the manager, was also wonderful—welcoming us personally and offering help whenever needed. Thanks, man. The place itself is clean, beachfront, and perfectly placed for a peaceful sunset view. Our kids had a blast catching crabs and collecting shells in the morning, and we enjoyed light fishing in the afternoons. The food was Delicious. We ended up having all our meals right at the hotel because the vibe and the taste were just too good to leave. If you’re coming from a busy megacity like we are and need some real peace and soul-soothing silence—this is it. Zanzibar might be famous for its soft, white-sand beaches, but if you’re willing to trade that for authentic service, amazing food, and a golden sunset with the best staff ever, then Asante Sana is your place. Asante Sana (Thank You), truly, for everything. Suggestion: maybe couple of Kayaks will be great for the carpet ocean you have
