The room was spacious and spotless, featuring a well-maintained bathroom with reliable hot water.
The pool and overall facilities were excellent, adding to the comfort of the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. While the location wasn't perfect, the value for money made up for it, making this a highly recommended place to stay.

I truly feel that choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made for my trip. Even though I only stayed here for two days, it left such a wonderful impression on me and made my journey feel complete.
The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, and their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.
The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any photos of it 😭, but it was even nicer than I expected. The hotel itself also has a lovely, open, and relaxing atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was freshly prepared by the staff. It was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed Vietnamese noodle soup, fresh watermelon, and homemade soy milk, and everything tasted amazing.
If I ever return to Ninh Bình, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Very good guesthouse in the outskirts of Tam Coc.
Owners are lovely, and the place is new and great. Good mountain bicycles available for free. I used them a lot.
Main downside is that the location is a 10-15mn walk to Tam Coc center.
