    We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. The views were stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect for relaxing by the ocean, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel made our holiday truly enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to introduce designated smoking areas away from the pool, so everyone can enjoy the space comfortably. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would happily return again.

    I recently stayed at Arrow Beach Hotel, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. First, I booked the room online after seeing the pictures, but when I arrived they showed me a completely different room from what was advertised. This was very misleading. The room also had several issues. There was no TV and no Wi-Fi, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the shower was not working, so we had to change to another room just to take a shower. However, the shower in that room was also not working at first. Finally, it started working around 10.30 PM, so we had to wait almost five hours to take a shower, which was very frustrating. I was also disappointed with the way the reservation was handled. The girl who handled the reservations was not professional and did not seem to have much experience in guest service. I believe the management should provide better training on how to properly handle guests and their concerns. However, I would like to mention some positive points as well. Two boys working at the hotel were very helpful, and they tried their best to assist us. The Front Office Manager also took responsibility and finally gave us the correct room. I would especially like to thank the front office staff member and the engineer for helping us continuously until the problem was solved. Overall, the service and room facilities need significant improvement, but I appreciate the efforts of the staff members who tried to help us.
